Kevin Andrew Baldwin
Chair of Trustees
Kevin Andrew Baldwin is the National Director for the Life Exhibition, a project of Counties, where he provides strategic leadership for a nationwide ministry that equips churches to engage their communities through interactive Christian exhibitions. In this role, he works with churches, volunteers and ministry leaders across the UK to communicate the Christian faith in accessible and engaging ways.
Alongside his national leadership responsibilities, Kevin has served as a Trustee of the West Norfolk Academies Trust since 2014, contributing to the Trust's strategic governance and supporting its commitment to delivering high-quality education across West Norfolk.
Kevin's experience spans Christian ministry, leadership, education governance and community engagement. He is passionate about equipping others, fostering collaboration and helping churches confidently share the Christian message. His leadership is characterized by a commitment to integrity, service and developing initiatives that have a lasting impact on individuals and communities.
Sian Jeremiah
Trustee
Sian became a Christian at the age of 11 and was baptized when she was 13. In recent years Sian has felt God calling her to serve and encourage the youth in her local church in Neath, Wales. She is passionate about building relationships and sharing the hope of the Gospel. Sian is a teacher, working with children who have additional learning needs. She specializes in supporting those with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Sian is married to her husband Jay, and together they have two teenage boys who keep them busy with their love of soccer and cricket. You’ll often find Sian cheering them on from the side of the pitch, enjoying the friendships and sense of community that sport brings.
Joel Bellshaw
Trustee
Joel is an experienced strategic, product and program leader with a career spanning the public and private sectors. He has led teams in strategic programs within major UK organizations, and also has international experience extending across Europe and South America. Joel is an experienced industry speaker, having contributed as a keynote and public speaker on leadership, product, innovation and transformation.
Sport has been a significant part of Joel’s life. He represented Welsh Schoolboys, Boys Clubs of Wales and Cardiff Metropolitan University FC in football, as well as Glamorgan County Cricket as a teenager. His faith and sport have often intertwined, having also played for three clubs in Wales’s United Churches Football League.
Today, Joel is an FAW referee with ambitions to reach the highest levels of officiating over the next five years.
As a Trustee of FCA Great Britain, Joel brings his faith together with his experience in strategic leadership, program management and organizational delivery to passionately support the growth and operational delivery of sports ministry across Wales.
